FastLink's Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed and operational twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our NOC engineers are constantly monitoring the throughput of the system to identify usage trends and to prevent problems before they happen. We monitor our customer and backbone networks around the clock, and guarantee that a real person will be available to you for 24-hour troubleshooting and technical support via e-mail or personal pager. FastLink's ability to prevent, rapidly diagnose, and remedy problems around the clock is the ONE purpose of the NOC. This dedication translates into minimal downtime and increased reliability for your mission critical information. By centralizing our control over the network, we are able to provide you with the quickest time-to-resolution of any problems that may occur. Our NOC team consists of at least one Senior Engineer (min. 5 years experience), several Staff Engineers (min 2 years experience), and one or more Cisco Certified Internetworking Experts (CCIE¹s), to guarantee that the level of expertise you need is always just a phone call away.

FastLink's dedicated connections are constantly monitored by our network monitoring system and expert staff members. We verify that basic connectivity is maintained and running to its fullest potential at all times. In addition, we are able to compile very useful statistics that can be used to plan ahead for further demands and prevent wasteful usage or information bottlenecks. This type of monitoring allows FastLink to immediately acknowledge and address any problem with your connection, and allows us to design a custom tailored Trouble Response Plan just for your organization; everything from e-mail and written correspondence to direct phone calls and 24 hour on-call support.

In addition to the engineering staff that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, FastLink has an excellent Technical Support Staff that is available from 8 AM to 8 PM PST Monday through Friday, to answer specific technical questions for customers.
