DNS Problems and Requests
Requests for DNS additions or problems with DNS should be emailed to dns-admin@fastlink.net please be sure to mention what nameserver(s) you are using and the ip address of any non-FastLink nameservers involved.

USENET News Problems and Requests
Requests for newsfeeds or problems with a current feed should be emailed to news-admin@fastlink.net Please be sure to mention which FastLink server you are getting your feed from.

IP Address Requests
Requests for additional ip address space should be emailed to ip-request@fastlink.net. Please include a summary of how you are utilizing any current address blocks and an engineering plan for the block you are requesting.

Routing Problems and Requests
Requests for routing or problems with routing should be emailed to routing@fastlink.net. If the routing problem is serious enough to prevent email from getting through, please call our Network Operations Center.

Billing Issues
If there is problems with your bill statement or you have question about a bill. Please contact billing@fastlink.net be sure to include your account number.
